The Bombardier 415, previously called the Canadair CL-415 and Superscooper, is an amphibious water bomber that was originally built by Canadair and currently produced by
Bombardier. The Bombardier 415 is designed to serve as an aerial firefighter, though it may also perform search and rescue and utility transportation operations. Ending production in 2015, 95 units were produced which are currently used by operators such as Vigili del Fuoco, Sécurité Civile, Hellenic Air Force, and the Government of Quebec.
