If you have been in search of premium parts and components for the Piper Meridian, look no further than ASAP Aerospace. The Meridian is a variant of the Piper PA-46 Malibu and is more formally known as the PA-46-500TP Malibu Meridian. The Meridian first came about in 1997 with Piper Aircraft’s intention to produce a turboprop-powered version of the Malibu. The certification of the aircraft was achieved in 2000, and order deliveries began shortly after. As compared to the base model, the Meridian was designed with larger wings and tail surfaces to accommodate for its new turboprop engine. With later units, Piper also offered a three screen Garmin G1000 avionics system including the Garmin GFC 700 autopilot.
